I downloaded several others before i came across this one. It contains all the features that are important to me: priority settings in colour, easy to handle, task & appointments seperation etc. I am totally satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic app for any business owner! I use it all day every day! Easy to read daily tasks and perfect for booking meetings and appointments for today or a month away! Best app out there for scheduling your self and easy to use.
Easy to use and efficient. My only wish is that when you switch between day week and month youd be looking at the same date. Other than that a terrific way to keep a family of 4 organized!
With Task and Cal Ive finally found a workable task and colander completely integrated. It works beautifully with iCloud by putting your info on your iPhone, iPad and iMac. Great

I like how it integrates my calendar with priorized tasks. The colors work well as my sleepy morning mind plots each coming day.

Some bad moments

This app is for the people who get tasks done. Lite versions tasks do not sync with full version; therefore, do not put a lot of tasks at lite version. You need full version. I like sync capability with Calendar so that I use this app for the tasks and Calendar for schedule.
Syncs calendar events with the iPhones native calendar, has a valuable week view that shows both tasks and events for the week, allows colors of calendars and tasks to be changed and labeled, tasks can be copied (though a repeat feature is absent, unfortunately), first day of the week can be selected as Monday or Sunday, completed tasks can be shown as checked off or hidden, no wifi or 3G necessary, tasks can be ordered by priority, due date, etc. Clearly, this app offers a lot and I believe it was well worth the purchase. I use it to keep track of assignments (I assign a different color for each class) as well as events. It functions best as a to-do list (I see no problems with the native iPhone calendar, and this app does not really attempt to improve on it), but it allows you to view it side by side with the calendar events, which makes the iPhones calendar unnecessary. I love it, I use it everyday, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an electronic replacement for their day planner.
Works great on my iPhone 4. Tasks and calendar can be viewed on the same screen and the daily notes are great. Syncs perfectly with my Google calendar. One feature that would be nice would be the ability to set the default scale for the cal day view. Right now my calendar shows 8am to 10pm, so all the individual events are a bit small and hard to select. Other than this small inconvenience this app is perfect for organizing your life.
First let me say that I really do like this app. It is intuitive in design and simple to use, but after I purchased it I found it almost to simple lacking in some of the features other similar app have. BUT when I tried those apps, I found them lacking in the quality of design that this app has. I also found that many of the calendar apps that would sync to Calendar via mobile me or icloud, would not let me select which calendars that I wanted to view. Since, I have my iOS Calendar contains many "shared calendars" I found this to be a critical feature. Top feature I would find to be useful. A way to create to-dos based in existing calendar appointments. Example: I all ready have a calendar for birthdays. It would be nice if there was a "add to-do" for the event. So, I could easily add a call Aunt Jean, or send moms present and have the base information from my iOS calendar linked. I would also like to have a way to categorize and chart tasks/events. I liked this feature in the schedule planner pro app, but I didnt like the apps design. A way to add gps mapping for appt ie directions to the doctors or birthday party.
I absolutely LOVE this App! It is BY FAR the BEST task management tool out there (and believe me, I searched high and low). This does EXACTLY what I wanted it to (and is invaluable to me as a student and as a person who usually writes multiple to-do lists each and every day). It is very well made in terms of functionality and looks/appearance. There are many elements (minor and major) that set this App apart from the rest. For instance, the syncing with iOS Calendar/Events. I also love the ability to customize things. Specifically, I love that you set up your own specific colors for the different priority levels, but that you can also alter/add/change those colors when creating a new task. The addition of the "Daily Notes" thing is brilliant because there are some things that I want to be reminded of, but that I dont want to make an official "Task". What I would like to see in updates: 1. Its nice that you can choose the type of display order you want (in order of priority, end date, etc.). However, I would like to be able to rearrange things myself by dragging/moving tasks into the order I want to see them displayed. Specifically, I would like the ability to rearrange them into the order in which I plan to complete them that day! Going along with that, there are several options for reminder/alerts (2 days before due date, etc.). However, I would like the option to create your own specific alert day/time if none of those options are what you want. 2. I agree with the other reviewer that the checkmarks for completed Tasks should be on the lefthand side of the Task. I also STRONGLY SUPPORT the need for a more satisfying way of completing Task(s). I think she mentioned having them crossed out or a big check mark or something. I like those ideas, but at the same time, when I complete a Task I want it to go away so I can clearly/easily see my remaining Tasks. Maybe you could make it so that it gets crossed out/check-marked and then disappears...? A fun checkmark sound to go along with that would be satisfying too :) 3. Having sub-tasks under one Task or listed under a Category (create option for categorizing Tasks?) would be SO great!! 4. As I mentioned above, I love the "Daily Notes", but I would also like those to automatically move over to the next day unless I delete them. Right now, Im doing that manually. 5. More options for background design would be nice, something darker. Sounds like a lot, but truly this is a PHENOMENAL App and Im so glad I discovered it! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I wish I could rate it 4 and 1/2 stars, but it would EASILY be a super 5 Star App with those minor additions suggested above. I eagerly anticipate updates!! THANKS!!!
Just started using the ap. So far its everything I have been looking for in a calendar ap. I like the tasks integrated with the calendar. I do wish there was a "today" button available on all screens. That would help simplify things for me.
