Outstanding Customer Support!

Ones initial thought is that a good app shouldnt require a lot of customer support. So, let me say that I contacted them to suggest a feature and to get clarification on another. The app is incredible and works exactly as advertised! My surprise, however, was the customer service. On a Sunday morning I sent two emails to customer service hoping they would get back to me on Monday. To my surprise they answered both emails with a lengthy, detailed response that included screenshots, within hours of me hitting send on the emails. ON A SUNDAY! I would buy a mediocre app with outstanding customer support over an awesome app with no customer support. This has both. Love the app, thoroughly impressed by customer service and the price is fair for what it does. Buy it!
