Task and Cal : Easily Manage your Tasks and Calendar App Reviews

I love this program and use it daily. I really appreciate having tasks and calendar entries displayed in the same space. While I also like the notes area that I use as an informal diary, unfortunately Apple iOS will not permit that field to be "searchable" for future access, so it rendered somewhat useless. My only ding on this app is that it takes a little long to load after launching. Other than that, it has proven a reliable ally in my continuing goal of managing my schedule to maximize productivity and create meaning pockets of time to spend with family and friends. One other "want" - it would make life easier if we could skip directly to any date. Right now there isnt a convenient and fast way to pick out a specific date that isnt "today."

This is exactly as advertised, a compact and efficient task and calendar app.

I have been looking for a simple Calendar and task app for a long time and finally found this one and I love it! I love how I can put my task with a date and not have to assign a "time" to the task and that the tasks will stay there until I delete it. Thank you for designing this. Now if I could just get it to work with my kindle fire...:) I would buy it agian in a heart beat!

This app does the job. Information is neatly presented in an appealing interface. Its now my go-to calendar app. The missing fifth star? A matter of personal taste only. I would find the app perfect if there was an option for a weekly view that was in the more traditional iCal format, with vertical columns within days representing the duration of events, as in the daily view. Maybe a future option? Pascal gave timely and precise support when I had an iPhone/iPad sync problem. I have no regrets, would buy it again. Worth the price to have the app on two devices. A Mac version someday?

Good overall - like portability between devices. Would be great if could change task order once they are on the list, and also if you could have automatic turnover until complete

I never wanted to change from my paper datebook because it worked so well as a combination calendar and to-do list. This app combines the two, which is exactly what I need. The only thing that could improve it would be add repeating tasks, e.g. Take out the trash every Thursday.

I really like the whole program but wish there was a repeat for the calendar too. it helps when scheduling Doctors appointments that must be kept on or around the same date.

This app is great because it allows for the listing of tasks separate from the calendar and carries uncompleted tasks to subsequent days. However, somehow my day, week and month icons disappeared from the bottom of the screen and I cannot retrieve them. Disappointing that one cannot retrieve a necessary function that mysteriously disappears.

Ones initial thought is that a good app shouldnt require a lot of customer support. So, let me say that I contacted them to suggest a feature and to get clarification on another. The app is incredible and works exactly as advertised! My surprise, however, was the customer service. On a Sunday morning I sent two emails to customer service hoping they would get back to me on Monday. To my surprise they answered both emails with a lengthy, detailed response that included screenshots, within hours of me hitting send on the emails. ON A SUNDAY! I would buy a mediocre app with outstanding customer support over an awesome app with no customer support. This has both. Love the app, thoroughly impressed by customer service and the price is fair for what it does. Buy it!

You cant search calendar events which means you have to exit the app and look in the iCal. Cant repeat tasks and the app is crashy. Confusing interface. Im going back to the one I had.

I love this app and use it multiple times daily. Having tasks and calendar together is great. It is easy to use. I like the custom color options. Ive tried other calendar/organizers but this one is superior. Well worth the money.

Bugs seem to be ironed out. Wish Tasks could be repeatable like calendar events.

The time it takes to open this App REALLY needs speeding up! Other than that, once in, its a good App.

I started using the free version, but when I realized what it could do, I bought the paid version with all functionality. Having tasks and calendar items on one screen is most useful. The three classifications of tasks was an added bit of functionality with unexpected usefulness. I would definitely give this app a try. The help is informative, not that you will need it that much. This app is really quite intuitive.

Great App!

Surprisingly there are very few apps in the App Store that can do what this app does. That is integrate all my calendars plus have a todo/tasks list. This has that and more and displays it all perfectly. Sync feature works well too. As an added bonus customer support is terrific.

Pleased with the look and ease of entry on this calendar. Hate flipping through one day at a time to find a date that is 8 months in the future. Still using, but still on search for something better. Repeatable tasks would be sweet, too!

This app is great! Ive tried others before but this shows what you need right away and its easy! It fits my needs

Attractive and easy to enter. It ends there. Just do not rely on it. The biggest drawback to this app is the inability to assimilate new data with stored data. If data is exported it deletes any previously exported data and if data is imported it erases any data added since the last export. Data can be saved by regular sync with MAC but that requires a newer MAC and getting the MAC and app device out to sync regularly. That is not just automatic. Careful, data is gone awfully easy. Just dont waste your time with this app for anything of value. Tech support must be volunteers.

Looked at lots of calendars for the family to share. This was the best by far. Keep the whole family in the know about what is going on!!!!
